Region freedom of Nintendo Switch: The physical Switch gamecards are usually regional free, meaning that language, cover, etc. your game on a Dutch/English console should just work. (There is no limit that you need to have a Dutch cover to play the game in the Netherlands.)
Language Options: Often games like Pokémon Legends include: Z‐A support for multiple languages in the game (such as Dutch, English, etc.). Sometimes the cover is in German, but the game itself can be set to Dutch.
